Business Process Management

 CSW Informatics

The CSWi Business Process Manager (BPM) is a web-based framework in which you can build, populate, manage and publish your business and quality management processes. It provides process managers with the means to not just build a process model, but to define inputs and outputs, write text descriptions, link to document stores or other resources, all within on online interface. Based on the ISO 'Topic Maps' standard, it's an ideal tool for enterprises of any size who want to develop and use business models quickly without having to conform to rigid frameworks, supporting the entire model lifecycle, from inception to archiving.

Unlike many conventional business process modelling tools which require you to conform to their ‘flavour’ of business model, BPM is built on a generic information model which you tailor your own needs. As a web-based application, BPM can be easily deployed to an Intranet, and configured to allow appropriate access to all users.

BPM is delivered with a default business model in place, and can be deployed in a standard J2EE environment, so start-up time is short, and deployment to intranet or other medium is almost immediate. Its intuitive interface and structure makes for an easy learning curve, but support for the deployment can be provided if required.
